The vehicle headlamp (1) has a housing (1') containing a line of individual lamps (LED), each consisting of a LED (Light Emitting Diode), surrounded by a concave reflector (4). Each LED with its reflector is mounted on a carrier sheet (6) which has a forward extension at the bottom parallel to the light beam and extending toward the lamp glass (7).
