The system has a closed cooling circuit filled with cooling medium e.g. gas, and provided with capillary tubes (211), which are opened into boreholes (221) in a tool (1). The capillary tubes are connected to an inflow channel (21K), if the boreholes are attached close to a fine structure (111) of the tool and are connected to an outlet channel (22K). The channels include number of branches, such that the capillary tubes lead into the boreholes. The capillary tubes are connected to the inflow channel by a flow rate adjusting device e.g. adjusting gate valve.
