<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a seal film by easily changing the dimension of a knob of the seal film having the knob. <P>SOLUTION: A method for forming the seal film comprises a step of abutting a folding plate 11 on a first base material in a state that the first base material 1 goes along a folding auxiliary plate 12, and folding a seal film so that a sectional shape in its flow direction forms an S-shape, a Z-shape or an Ω-shape, a step of superposing a second base material 2 composed of a longitudinal film having a sealant layer at least on one side, and sealing the first base material 1 on the second base material 2, and a step of punching a layered body 3 so that a part 4 of the folding line of the first base material 1 in contact with the second base material 2 is included in the punched area when punching the layered body 3 formed of the sealing into the predetermined shape, forming a knob composed of portions with the first base materials 1 sealed with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
