<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a radio temperature sensor, to miniaturize it, and to mount a temperature sensor function to an electronic tag constituted by an antenna of an electric wave type at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio temperature sensor, an antenna made of a shape memory alloy is used, the antenna made of the shape memory alloy recovers the antenna shape at a temperature of a transformation point or higher, and the effective gain and polarization wave of the antenna vary.
