<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which can produce without increasing an extraction amount of kiln waste gas in case of increasing an amount of chlorine-containing waste material to be used as a clinker material, which imparts no adverse effects to the quality of the cement, and further which enables calcination at a lower temperature than that of a conventional method and which can use chlorine bypass dust. <P>SOLUTION: The cement composition comprises (A) a powdered cement clinker which produces the chlorine-containing waste material as a material which is a pulverized product of the cement clinker having 400-2,000 mg/kg fluorine content, 0.5-2.5% by mass SO<SB>3</SB>content and 50-250 mg/kg chlorine content, (B) a chlorine-containing material and (C) a gypsum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
