<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum support structure that is capable of increasing the low-tone feeling of the radiated sound of a drum while allowing the sustain to be readily adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: A support member 20 for the drum is coupled to the shell 3 of the drum by a coupling member 21. The drum support member 20 for the drum is constituted of a base 22, made of wood and a clamp member 23 fixed to the surface of the base 22. The clamp member 23 is supported by the support rod of a musical instrument stand. The coupling member 21 is constituted of a mounting bolt 31, a vibration absorbing member 32 and a nut 33, and it also serves as a sustain adjusting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
