<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexing control system which prevent disconnection of a backup system from affecting real-time control of an active system. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of link nodes each having a router function are disposed via switches SW1, SW2 for opening closing control channels L1, L2.
