<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil that is compact with high performance, having required quantity of magnetic flux and current resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A strip-shaped conductor 2 is formed by applying metal vapor deposition to a strip-shaped insulator 1. A thickness of the strip-shaped insulator 1 is set to approximately severalμm, and a thickness of the strip-shaped conductor 2 is set to approximately from several thousands to several hundreds ofÅ. A winding body is formed by winding the vapor deposited strip so as to obtain required number of layers. Thereafter, in both side portions of the winding body, metallikon electrode portions 4 and 4 are formed, and, at the same time, in a center portion of the metallikon electrode portion 4 and 4, the winding body is cut. A coil base B of a U shape is formed by connecting a pair of extraction electrodes 5 and 5 to the metallikon electrode portions 4 and 4, and the induction heating coil is formed by further winding the coil base B in a swirl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
