PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type heat pipe capable of simplifying a structure by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The circulation type heat pipe includes a circulation passage 30 composing a circulation path, and arranged such that a length range of one part of the circulation path passes a low temperature part and another length range passes a high temperature part, a working fluid 32 sealed in the length range of the one part in the circulation passage 30, and a pair of check valves 34, 36 provided on both ends of a chamber of an optional length range passing through the low temperature part of the circulation passage 30 for regulating a circulation direction of the working fluid 32 in one direction. A height of one liquid level of a length range of a liquid phase portion 32b of the working fluid is set higher than a standard height 25 in a downstream side of the downstream side check valve 36 in the circulation passage 30, and a height of another liquid level of the length range of the liquid phase portion 32b of the working fluid is set lower than the standard height 25 in an upstream side of the upstream side check valve 34 in the circulation passage 30.
