PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless capsulated seed which has a physical strength and a size (shape) enabling to apply an automatic seeder and has a good germination rate. SOLUTION: Provided is the seamless capsulated seed comprising the innermost layer and an outer layer covering the innermost layer, characterized in that the innermost layer comprises an oily substance containing the seed of a plant, and the outer layer comprises a hydrophilic substance.
