PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone capable of using the other function without requiring the transmission of a radio wave, even in a place of prohibiting the transmission of the radio wave. SOLUTION: A control part 102 of the cellular phone 10 sets a radio wave mode of indicating "ON" for permitting the transmission of the radio wave and "OFF" for prohibiting the transmission, and stores the preset radio wave mode inside. When the stored radio wave mode is the "OFF", the transmission of the radio wave is restrained even when accepting input such as the transmission and main reception.
