PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer performance in a heat transfer member equipped with a collision wall formed by cutting and raising one part of a plane part. SOLUTION: The heat transfer member is formed like a waveform so as to have the plane part 21 substantially in parallel with an air current direction X and an apex part 22 connecting adjacent plane parts 21. An air passage 5 for passing air is formed between adjacent plane parts 21, and a cut and raised part 23 formed by cutting and raising one part of the plane part 21 is provided on the plane part 21. When considering one apex part 22 of two apex parts 22 connected to one plane part 21 as a first apex part 22a and considering two apex parts 22 adjacent to the first apex part 22a as second apex parts 22b, the two apex parts 22b are arranged on the same imaginary plane, and when considering a direction in parallel with a perpendicular line from the first apex part 22a to the imaginary plane as a fin height direction Z, a cut and raised piece 25 increasing draft resistance is provided in a portion with the smallest draft resistance in the fin height direction Z of the air passage 5.
