PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce excessive exposure to a subject at initiation and termination of helical scanning. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT device arranges an X-ray generation means for exposing the subject laid on a bed to an X-ray and an X-ray detection means for detecting an X-ray image formed by X-ray exposure by a plurality of detector rows disposed to face each other on a rack, controls the bed or the rack to be relatively moved to a rotation axis direction, and images a desired location of the subject by irradiating the X-ray while rotating the rack. The X-ray CT device includes a control means for obtaining interpolation databased on a view angle, a lay angle and the Z coordinate of the detector rows while collecting the data.
