PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyeing method that does not require a large-scale facility using a pressure reducer etc., does not produce waste water from a viewpoint of environmental protection, shortens a time required for dyeing and evenly, uniformly and easily carries out dyeing regardless of materials to be dyed, and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The dyeing apparatus is equipped with a dyeing part for storing a material to be dyed in a state in which the dyeing part has a space at its upper part, an atomization part for atomizing a colored fluid and a colored fluid supply part for supplying the atomized colored fluid to the dyeing part.
