<p>The invention relates to an improved stacking chair comprising a single part made by means of plastic injection moulding. The rear of the backrest (1) and the seat (2) include a plurality of ribs (5-5') joined to one another by means of perpendicular sections (6-6') which extend fully from one side of the backrest (1) and the seat (2) to the other. The chair also includes rear side ribs (7-7') located in the lower middle part of the ends of the backrest (1), having a shape and direction matching that of the backrest, and side ribs (8-8') which intersect same and project out from the area to the rear in which the backrest (1) is connected to the rear legs (3). As a result, the backrest is taller than those of chairs currently on the market, without any of the properties thereof being lost. The connecting radius (10) formed by the seat (2) and the rear legs (3) is greater than that formed by the seat (2) and the front legs (4).</p> |
