<p>Methods and devices for location registering, updating and paging across networks are provided. The method includes the following steps. In the first step, network 1 receives a location registration request message from a terminal, and acquires the corresponding information of network 2 according to the core network information of network 2 which is stored in network 1 and corresponds to network 1, or according to the location registration request message sent by the terminal and the core network information of network 2 corresponding to the location area information of network 2. In the second step, network 1 sends the acquired core network of network 2 the location registration request message. In the third step, the core network of network 2 receives the location registration request message sent in the second step and saves the location area information of the terminal in network 2 according to the received location registration request message. In the fourth step, the core network of network 2 outputs the location registration response message.</p> |
