The needle (6) has a set of longitudinally running lateral grooves (7) and/or bars, which are attached in and/or at a surface of a cylindrical part and a tip of the needle. A sleeve made of porous elastic material i.e. open-porous foam material, is attached at an end of the needle turned away from the tip. The sleeve compresses a piercing membrane during piercing process and is used as a filter element between a base of the needle and the membrane. A borehole is provided in an interior of the needle for forming two inlet openings at the needle.
