<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat and coagulate packaged soybean curd in the process of unfailingly transferring the same in a flat state preventing the same from bouncing out of a bucket. <P>SOLUTION: A heating apparatus for heating packaged soybean curd comprises an endless chain conveyor that conveys gondola-buckets in a flat state without tilting the same each holding packaged soybean curd, a carrying-in cylinder device that transfers the packaged soybean curd from a carrying-in conveyor to each of the gondola-buckets, a hot water tank wherein the packaged soybean curd transferred to the gondola-buckets by the carrying-in cylinder device is submerged to heat and mature the same, a hot-water shower that showers hot water onto the packaged soybean curd having been heated and matured in the hot water tank to keep it heated and to allow it to mature further, and a carrying-out cylinder device that transfers the packaged soybean curd kept heated and matured in the hot-water shower to a carrying-out conveyor from each of the gondola-buckets. In the heating apparatus, each of the gondola-buckets is equipped with a float pipe that is equipped with a float and positions itself on the floor face of each of the gondola-buckets under a normal condition and ascends by virtue of the float to prevent the packaged soy bean curd from bouncing out of the gondola-buckets when the gondola-buckets are submerged in the hot water tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
