<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display method capable of displaying a reduced image or an image which is partially thinned in a partial area in a display screen without giving an unnatural feeling to an observer. <P>SOLUTION: The image of each frame expressed by an input video signal is displayed in a first area in the display screen, and also a radial image pattern obtained by radially extending the image displayed in the first area toward a frame of the display screen is displayed in a second area in the display screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
