NEW METHOD FOR CREATING NON-HUMAN ES ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for efficiently creating a non-human ES animal in a method for creating the non-human ES animal using a tetraploid embryo as a host.

SOLUTION: The method for creating the non-human ES animal includes transferring ES cells to three to four tetraploid embryos to form chimera embryos, and implanting the chimera embryos to a pseudopregnant non-human animal.
