PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transitive motion exercise apparatus which enables the effective training of shoulder joints of a user. SOLUTION: The apparatus has grip parts 2 which the user at a user's position A hold with hands. The grip parts 2 are so arranged as to be movable at the peripheral parts in the upper half body of the user at the user's position A. An arm drive part 3 which drives the grip parts 2 to move is provided to make the shoulder joints of the user holding the grip parts 2 forcibly rotate internally or externally through respective arms.
