A dumbbell rope-skipping is provided to allow rope-skipping to be performed easily within doors for reinforcing the arm muscle and the leg muscle. A dumbbell rope-skipping comprises a handle(3); a connection part(2); and a dumbbell(1) which is connected to the rotating handle instead of a rope-skipping string for the rope-skipping effect. The connection part is not fixed to the handle, and the dumbbell and the handle are fixed each other so as to rotate. A rubber packing is plated on the handle for easy gripping.
