<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held mobile computing device for orientating towards a position, a method for operating the device, and a computer architecture. <P>SOLUTION: The hand-held mobile computing device determines its own position and a user of which may obtain digital data so that he or she interacts with a positional environment. The digital data includes various data types enabling an environmental interaction with the user as well as one of the data types may include one or a plurality of applets the device download and execute, while the other data type includes a code downloading pointer such as a URL indicating the position where Internet accesses and the applet is obtained from the position.
