PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display interlocking device and method that outputs information for a user to an output device without the user's operation of a mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: The display interlocking device 1 includes: an ID location information acquisition means 11 for acquiring a terminal ID and location information of a mobile terminal 5; an attribute information extracting means 12 for extracting attribute information of a user corresponding to the acquired terminal ID from a user attribute DB 22 storing attribute information of the user owning the mobile terminal 5 while associating the attribute information of the user with the terminal ID; an advertisement information extracting means 13 for extracting advertisement information from an advertisement DB 24 on the basis of the extracted attribute information of the user; a display specifying means 14 for specifying a display device 6 from a display DB 26 on the basis of the acquired location information of the mobile terminal 5; and a display transmitting means 15 for transmitting the extracted advertisement information to the specified display device 6.
