<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an optimum amount of consumable supplies to be brought to each visiting place when a technical person in charge makes a periodical call. <P>SOLUTION: An amount of consumable supplies to be used for each apparatus installed in the visiting place: an amount of delivery of the consumable supplies for each apparatus; and a visiting cycle of each installation place of the apparatus for each apparatus are recorded in a memory of an information processor 100, and the first call day to visit the visiting place is set according to the cycle. A call schedule data creation part 101 computes the second call day to visit the installation place next to the first call day, estimates the amount of consumable supplies used by the apparatus before the second call day, determines whether the consumable supplies of the estimated use amount of the consumable supplies are already supplied to the installation place of the apparatus for each consumable supply currently used by the apparatus, and creates the data for outputting the information on consumable supplies determined that they are not supplied as the information on the consumable supplies to be brought when visiting the installation place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
