<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with high color density in which a defect correction of a red colored layer of a color filter with high color density is not visually detected easily, and a correction method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter with high color density has a base material, a light blocking part for defining a pixel part formed on the base material, and a red colored layer formed in the opening of the light blocking part. The red colored layer consists of a corrected part that has been corrected at the time of manufacturing and an uncorrected part that is not corrected, the corrected part being a colored layer containing a coloring agent using a red pigment as a main pigment, and a green pigment as a toning pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
