<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer for a gas insulated meter arranged to enable suppressing an uprise in an electric potential of a transformer tank itself caused by high-frequency surge. <P>SOLUTION: A transformer body is accommodated in a transformer tank 2 in gas insulation. The low voltage side of the primary winding of the transformer body is led out to the outside through a bushing 8 which air-tightly penetrates the transformer tank 2 and electrically connected to a ground terminal plate 19. The ground terminal plate 19 is fixed to the transformer tank 2 in an electrically insulated state. A ground wiring 12 is connected to the ground terminal plate 19. Between the ground terminal plate 19 and a ground terminal 23 which is electrically connected to the transformer tank 2, there is connected an electrode pair 21 for forming an electric discharge gap to inhibit the uprise in an electric potential of the ground wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
