PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution or processing for displaying a plurality of images in different directions.

SOLUTION: The display device 100 has a plurality of scanning lines 12 extending in a direction X, and a plurality of signal lines 14 extending in a direction Y. A plurality of element rows R where a plurality of display elements E corresponding to each of the plurality of signal lines 14 are arranged in the direction X are juxtaposed in the direction Y in an element part Q. A first display element E1 and a second display element E2 which are different in a display light emitting direction are alternately arranged in each of the plurality of element rows R. Two or more first display elements E1 belonging to each of two or more element rows R and also corresponding to separate signal lines 14 are connected to each of the plurality of first scanning lines 12A out of the plurality of scanning lines 12. Two or more second display elements E2 belonging to each of two or more element rows R and also corresponding to separate signal lines 14 are connected to each of the plurality of second scanning lines 12B out of the plurality of scanning lines 12.
