<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement dispersant which is high in water reducing property, less in setting retarding property, low in the viscosity of concrete, and satisfactory in the workability of construction. <P>SOLUTION: The cement dispersant excellent in water reducing property, setting retarding property and concrete viscosity and further the stability of these property with time is provided by using fumaric acid as a part of or a main raw material of a structural unit (II) in a polycarboxylic acid polymer formed by adding a structural unit (I) comprising a reactive alcohol alkylene oxide addition product, the structural unit (II) comprising a reactive dibasic acid and a structural unit (III) comprising an unsaturated carboxylic acid based compound and further preferably a structural unit (IV) containing a polyamide polyamine in the structural unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
