PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operation of a vehicle starter button in a chassis dynamometer. SOLUTION: Suction cups 6 are rotatably provided to other-end parts of three mount legs 5 whose one-end parts are rotatably supported by a support part 4 at an equiangular interval and which are telescopic. The suction cups 6 is sucked to a windshield 9. A starter button actuation part 14 is connected to the support part 4 via an arm 11 including bellows parts 10, 13 and a hinge part 12, and the starter button actuation part 14 is actuated by an air cylinder to turn on/off the starter button 1. A suction cup drop detection switch 17 is attached to the support part 4 via the telescopic leg parts 16. When any of the suction cups 6 of the mount legs 5 drops off from the windshield 9, the suction cup drop detection switch 17 is activated to detect the drop of the suction cup 6.
