PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation type fluid machine capable of enhancing operation efficiency by closing a clearance generated between a blade and a piston and reducing friction efficiency between the blade and the piston. SOLUTION: An outer roller (77) is provided on an outer curved surface (75) of an outer blade part (72), and an inner roller (78) is provided on an inner curved surface (76) of an inner blade part (73). The outer roller (77) is displaced closed to a low pressure chamber (62) by a different pressure of the high pressure chamber (61) and the low pressure chamber (62), and it is abutted on the outer curved surface (75) and an outer peripheral surface of a piston body part (43).
