<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend an access point etc., that have connection failure from a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal holds a list associating an ID for identifying an access point with connection information for communicating with a user authentication server. In response to the reception of ID from the access point there are executed connection processing with the access point and connection processing with the user authentication server using the connection information corresponding to received ID in the list. In response to the failure of the connection processing phase of at least the failure connection processing is recorded as log.
