<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for producing an edible oil, by which useful ingredients, such as polyphenol compounds, derived from an oil-containing raw material can effectively be contained in the edible oil. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing the edible oil in which a diacylglycerol-containing oil or fat is added to the oil-containing raw material so that the content of the diacylglycerol in the oil or fat obtained after the squeeze of the oil is 4 mass% or more, when the edible oil is squeezed from the oil-containing raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
