PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vibrator that has a low CI value and is easily processed. SOLUTION: A thin vibrating-rod of the vibrator has grooves 120a formed in either or both of front and back surfaces and electrodes 140a are formed in the grooves.
