PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape applicator capable of surely peeling off release liner tape after cutting adhesive tape and release liner tape together and attaching the adhesive tape to substrates. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape applicator for cutting preset lengths of adhesive tape lined with release liner tape and attaching the cut pieces of adhesive tape to sides of substrates comprises: a supply reel 1 around which adhesive tape 3 is wound together with release liner tape 2; a cut and removal mechanism 11 for partially cutting and removing only the adhesive tape among the adhesive tape and the release liner tape fed out from the supply reel to provide removal portions 3a at preset intervals and cutting a preset length of the adhesive tape by one pair of removal portions; cutting blades for cutting the release liner tape at portions corresponding to the removal portions with blades protruded from at least one of both ends of the cut adhesive tape; and a suction head 41 for attaching adhesive tape pieces of preset lengths cut together with the release liner tape to substrate sides.
