PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-step bending system connector with which a direction of a boot is adjusted in a short time by one-touch and increase in transmission loss is suppressed by making an optical fiber bendable so as to have a sufficient bending radius. SOLUTION: The multi-step bending system connector includes a ferrule 2 which fixes an optical fiber core wire (a) of an optical cable P by insertion and further holds a flange 21 at its back end by forcible feeding, a stop ring 5 which supports a back end of a spring 4 for always pressing the ferrule 2 forward by coming into contact with the back end of the flange 21, a plug frame 3 which respectively covers these members, a caulking seat 6 which fixes a Kevlar P1 of the optical cable P to the stop ring 5, a caulking ring 7 which fixes a sheath P2 of the optical cable P to the caulking seat 6 and the boot 8 which is attached to the stop ring 5 via a bendable means 10.
