PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter with a ruler capable of cutting a cellophane tape at a required length by fitting a sliding long flat ruler to a base bottom part under or on a side of a blade of an ordinary cellophane tape cutter, and measuring with this long flat ruler. SOLUTION: A base bottom part of a tape cutter body A is provided with a long housing part provided with an opening in a front surface thereof.
