PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance device capable of correctly grasping check items of each check point of a hoistway by a maintenance person, and allowing the maintenance person to correctly record the result of the check. SOLUTION: An RFID reader/writer 40 reads information on the elevator number stored in a work starting IC tag 11, and acquires information on a check point and check items for the elevator number from a portable communication terminal device 20. The RFID reader/writer 40 displays the acquired check items and check point. A maintenance person moves to the displayed check point to check each check item, inputs the result of the check to an input device 44, and brings the RFID reader/writer 40 to the IC tag at the check point.
