PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device for controlling an elevator to be in a serviceable condition while on-car control apparatuses are not flooded with water in a case of possible heavy rain. SOLUTION: The elevator control device for controlling the operation so that a car is stopped at a parking floor when an elevator is not in use controls the operation of the elevator by changing the parking floor to a floor of less risk of being flooded with water over the car when the weather is worsened, and the possibility of heavy rain is high. Further, a manometer for measuring the atmospheric pressure in a vicinity of the elevator is provided to determine that the possibility of heavy rain is high when the atmospheric pressure reaches the value below the predetermined first threshold.
