<p>A method, device and system for assigning the application server are provided. The method includes: the home network receives the application server assignment information sent by the visited network, wherein the application server assignment information is used for indicating whether the visited network has the capability for assigning the application server; the home network determines the application server assignment policy for the user in the visited network according to the application server assignment information. The invention makes that the home network is able to know the application server assignment capability of the visited network, so as to determine the processing for assigning the application server for the user, assign the corresponding application server for the user reliably, and ensure the normal execution of the communication process.</p> |
