The plate (6) has a component assembly (14) fastenable on the plate, where the plate is connectable with a floor structure (2) i.e. longitudinal section, by fasteners e.g. screw. A connection point is provided for fastening the assembly on the plate independent of an assembly site on the floor structure. A system port (9) is arranged in the region of the plate. The assembly is connectable with an on-board system of an aircraft, where the system is selected from one of an electrical system, hydraulic system, supply air system, exhaust air system, fresh water system and a sewage system.
