A computer software program enables the user to re-read an object of interest in an electronic document, enables the user and another user to share the program, and enables the user to easily identify the object of interest. When the user wants to give an anchor to an electronic document (105) containing constituent elements, such as a text, an image, a table, and a video; character string expression information which is a combination of an address of the electronic document (105) used in a network or in a specific storage, information about one or more object constituent elements in the electronic document (105) or about a scope including the object constituent elements, and information about the display modification form of the object constituent elements is created as an address (108) of the electronic document with an anchor. Using this address (108), an anchor-given scope in the electronic document (105) is specified, the specified scope is modified to the modification form, and the scope is displayed by means of an electronic document address software program (104).
