Disclosed is a method for producing an adenine compound represented by Formula (1) which is useful as a pharmaceutical product. This method for producing a compound of Formula (1) comprises a step of reacting a compound represented by Formula (2) with a compound represented by Formula (3) in the presence of a boron-containing reducing agent.
