<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse operation speed increasing circuit usable even when oil is returned from a bottom side having a large cross section to a rod side having a small cross section to increase the speed of contraction of rods. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator drive circuit in which a first hydraulic cylinder 1 and a second hydraulic cylinder 2 are drive targets is provided with the reverse operation speed increasing circuit for synchronizing and increasing the speed of reverse operations of the both rods 11, 21 of the first hydraulic cylinder 1 and the second hydraulic cylinder 2. The reverse operation speed increasing circuit is provided with a change-over valve 3 for changing connection to a reverse direction branch line 29 branched from a reverse direction line 28 of the second hydraulic cylinder 2 and a forward direction branch line 16 branched from a forward direction line 15 of the first hydraulic cylinder 1 with respect to a reverse direction line 18 of the first hydraulic cylinder 1.
