<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency evacuation system configured to pull a vehicle to a road shoulder or the like when the consciousness level of a driver is decreased, while notifying of the emergency state to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This emergency evacuation system 100 for evacuating a vehicle by detecting the decrease of the consciousness level of a driver is provided with: a driver state detection sensor 21 for detecting the state of the driver; a consciousness level decision means 41 for deciding whether or not a consciousness level is decreased to a prescribed value or less based on the state of the driver; an intersection decision means 42 for deciding whether or not an intersection exists within a prescribed distance ahead of the vehicle when it is decided that the consciousness level is decreased to the prescribed value or less; a passage decision means 43 for deciding whether or not the vehicle can pass through the intersection when it is decided that the intersection exists within the prescribed distance; a target stop position decision means 44 for deciding the target stop position within the intersection when it is decided that the vehicle can pass through the intersection; and braking force control means 44, 45 and 32 for stopping the vehicle at the target stop position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
