PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel manufacturing device which can coat ink (organic solution) uniformly and can suppress deterioration of display quality and reliability due to residual ink, and to provide a manufacturing method of a display panel. SOLUTION: An ink injection mechanism part of a display panel manufacturing device is provided with a nozzle head 11 which injects ink of liquid state while scanning in a main scanning direction (Xm direction), a pump section 12 and a pump control part 13 to supply a prescribed amount of ink to the nozzle head 11, an injection control part 16 to control the amount of ink (injection quantity) injected from the nozzle head 11, a head scanning part 15 which is provided with a guide rail 115 for scanning the nozzle head 11 to a panel board PSB in the main scanning direction, and a shutter plate 17 which is arranged between the nozzle head 11 and the panel board PSB and has a slit ST provided in the main scanning direction.
