PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device of a vehicle which reduces aerodynamic sound as much as possible by arranging sound insulating boards close to a noise source. SOLUTION: The sound insulating boards 6a, 6b are devices for blocking noise S generated from a collector 5. The sound insulating boards 6a, 6b are pantograph sound insulating boards (two-face sidewalls) arranged at both sides of the collector 5 so as to cover side faces of the collector 5. The sound insulating boards 6a, 6b are arranged within the range of insulating distance D necessary for electrically being insulated from the collector 5, and in a position in which a noise reduction effect can be maximized, and also are electrically insulated from a vehicle body 4a of the vehicle 4, thus preventing the occurrence of a short circuit. The sound insulating boards 6a, 6b are attached to a base frame 5e which is electrically insulated from the vehicle body 4a by an insulator 5f, and supported to the base frame 5e while the boards are integrally fixed to the base frame 5e.
