<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger produced by being brazed with a brazing sheet clad with an Al-Si based brazing filler metal, which has excellent corrosion resistance and has reduced variation in strength, to provide a method for producing the heat exchanger, and to provide a brazing sheet for a heat exchanger used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the brazing sheet for a tube material of a heat exchanger in which at least one surface of a core material is clad with a brazing filler metal. The core material is composed of an aluminum alloy comprising, by mass, 0.6 to 2.0% manganese, the brazing filler metal is composed of an aluminum alloy comprising 6 to 15% silicon, at least either or both of the core material and the brazing filler metal contain strontium, wherein the content of strontium in the core material is≤0.6%, and the content of strontium in the brazing filler metal is also≤0.6%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
