PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play signal generator capable of compatibly providing a token play and a free play of a given time despite the types of game machines, in a game machine in amusement facilities; a game machine, a management system of the amusement facilities and a management method of the game facilities. SOLUTION: This play signal generator 30 connected to a game machine 10 includes a reader part 341 for reading play information related to a play time stored in an IC card 20, a play determination part 343 determining whether it is possible to play or not based on the play information read by the reading part, a start signal generation part 344 for generating a play start signal for starting the play according to the determination result by the play determination part, and a transmission control part 346 for transmitting the play start signal generated by the start signal generation part to the game machine.
