PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill receiver having an RFID function. SOLUTION: A sensing unit for sensing an RFID prepaid card and a bill slot for accepting bills are installed on top of the panel of a CPU, and a button unit which is pressed for a variety of operations is installed on the panel. A control circuit for performing an RFID prepaid card operation and data processing is installed within the CPU. The CPU receives a bill inserted, senses the RFID prepaid card by means of the sensing unit, and allows consumption. Reads, writes, payments and charge debit to the RFID prepaid card can be performed through the button unit and the control circuit. In this way, the sensing of payment, the insertion of a bill, and a consumption function, which are originally used using two machines, are integrated by a single CPU and operations can be performed.
